Nature of the service
SinoRide is an independent presentation and comparison platform. It does not sell any vehicle, does not receive any payment from buyers, and does not take part in the transaction: the purchase is made exclusively with the brand or its official importer, under its terms. The prices and specifications shown are indicative and may be changed at any time. License category information is provided for guidance only and does not replace official information (admin.ch).
Trademarks and intellectual property
The trademarks, logos and model names mentioned (CFMoto, Voge, Zontes, QJ Motor, Kove, NIU, Segway-Ninebot, Xiaomi, etc.) belong to their respective owners. SinoRide is an independent media outlet, not affiliated with the brands mentioned, except where a partnership is explicitly stated ("Partner" badge). Paid placements are labelled as such.
Data protection (FADP / GDPR)
The quote request form forwards your contact details, with your explicit consent, to the relevant brand or official importer, via the Web3Forms delivery service. Audience measurement (Vercel Web Analytics) works without cookies and without individual identification. You may exercise your rights of access, rectification and erasure by writing to partners@sinoride.ch.
